There is no average size. People develop at different rates. I wouldnt worry about it too much. If you’re on the smaller side, it could take a little while longer to grow. But you dont quit growing till your early twenties. I went up 3 cup sizes when I was around 20. Give yourself some time.

There really is no average size . Hell, at your age I was already pushing a D cup . Now Im 16 and up to tripple D (yeah , not fun) Its completely different for everyone .

There is no average, people grow at different speeds. Some people will have bigger boobs at a young age , when some girls don’t develop until later in there teen years.
