In a very general sense, no, all hair is.. well.. hair. But if you were to view it under a microscope, you'll see that every race's hair is slightly different. Asian hair is very thick and strong and tends to have more protein naturally recurring in it than european hair. That's why it's easy for Asians to grow their hair long, sometimes past their bums. Most europeans won't be able to do that.
If you are talking about the different material, then the answer is No. Our hair is made of the same thing. But if you are talking about color, then yes. In Asia and mostly Africa the color of the hair is mostly BLACK. very dark black. Unlike those white people who have colorful hair, from blond to brunette, we only have black :)
It's not like alien different, it's normal hair, exept that most of the time it's black and also I have seen it be extreamly straight, they have mostly lazy hair. It's like everyones hair, just really straight and stuff, also I guess it depends on what type of hair their perents have and stuff, genes and all that.
I'm asian. I have brown hair. Lots of asian people I know have brown hair. Including light brown hair.
It is quite rarely for pure blood Asian to have brown hair though....
Just like mine LOL....
