American Bulldog Female - preggers?
I have a female purebred American Bulldog [ dam was registered, sire wasn’t ] she got tied with our Aussie Shephered x Blue Heeler. She was “bred” ( not on purpose ) on the 15th of July. Her nipples are getting bigger, but her appetite hasn’t decreased at all [ if anything - it’s the same as before ] and her belly isn’t all that firm. It’s still soft and squishy. Is it a phantom pregnancy … or?
It is too soon to see anything. Not for 27 days at least and dogs such as the American Bulldog carry their puppies under the rib cage until the latter part of the pregnancy.
