a good way to lose weight fast?

ok im a girl, I’m 13, I’m about 5’4 or 5’5 and I weigh like 135! I want to lose like 25 lbs! please don’t say oh your weight is fine! you can but I prefer you dont. I really need to lose this weight before school starts! My face is already ugly enough! Some people make fun of me and say I look pregnet! My fat goes twords the front of my belly! And I’m not pregnet I swear! I still haven’t had a boyfriend! Sad I know. But guys go and ask me out as a joke. I hate getting made fun of because my weight! please please please help me!!! I’ll do anything! please help me! I’ve been made fun of so much I was bout to kill myself! I had the suicide note and I had a knife at on my throte!!! I was left with a small scab across my throat… I was to scared to do it. So please help me! please.

I think 25 pounds is a bit much but,if you want to lose weight cut out calories.Stop eating so many sweets or high calorie beverages.Exercise.

go run in da mornings eat less junk foods and more salads do sit ups a lot of them don’t get lazzy just get right into it and u’ll wish you started earlier

“How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?”

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it’s not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

I have the same problem im a girl im 13 5’6 and weigh 151 and it sucks!I get made fun of a lot to!and I understandwhen you dont have time or space to go running or if your family doesnt eat healthy or if its hard to do one situp because im at that point to!im moving to houston really soon and I know a lot of peopl ethere and when I go I want to look skinny!and ima bout to go to houston to loook at my new house and I will be seeing a lot of people and I want to drop 10 pounds in a week!(my goal is 40 in 1-2months)but yeah I know how you feel!what I am trying to do it drink 3 glasses of green tea(no suger)tastes bad but if you drin k 2cups of water after each cup of green tea it wont taste as bad!fast walk around the house or in the back yard fr 20-30min do 50jumping jacks 20crunches(which are really hard for me to do)and dont eat any junkfood!my main problem isnt just eating junkfood but I eat TO MUCH!I can never make myself stop I am always bored so I always eat!if this works for me then I will tell you but if you figure anything out before then let me know =] or if you just want to talk about it then feel free to talk 2 me! =]

Wear 4 Pairs Of Tight Jeans And Go For A Jog On A Treadmill For 30 Mins Each Day Avoid Junk Food And BReak A Sweat With All The Jeans On You Will Burn More Calories
