Is being 130 pounds at 15 good because I think I need to get rid of atleast 10 pounds...and how can I?
if you are around 5'5 then you are at the perfect weight and your bmi is around 22.7% which is good any less would be getting to thin. If your not happy with the way your body looks or have "fatty" areas try lifting some weights or other exercises to tone that part of your body.
naw the normal weitgt for a 15 year old is 145 so you needa gain 15 lbs or stay ware your @ before you develope a eat and disorder!!!lol and it depends on height 2 consult it wit ya docter
