Walking vs running

I am started to walk 4 days at week, 3 miles each day = 12 is it good enough like running to tone my legs or is better if I run?

better if you run more againist your feet toneing your legs
walking just doesnt get your heart rate and metabolism up
as running does if you want quciker results run but running
is much much harder and you really have to push yourself
try 10 minuntes running for a week 3 days a week a bump it up
the next week to 20 minuntes after 2 weeks of 20minuntes running
try to work out 4 days a week with about 15 minuntes of running
on your relax days though you need to get some excerise or you wont
see results just try leg lifts for 10 minuntes before bed
youll see toned legs tummy butt and arms in no time
if you just push your self

tone legs are strong legs. You wanna keep your total body fat percentage down and make your legs stronger. I don't know many walkers with nice legs but I don't know a single runner with bad legs.

walkin iss soo much better .. plus if your trying to get musle you will burn it off if you run

to build muslce: run uphill
