Can you eat cake if you want to be thin?

Can you??? Asked by sum1_help_me over 2 years ago, 4 answers.

If you want to maintain/get a thin figure (and I mean real thin) is it ok to have fatty foods like cake?

Food is like budgeted money. You have 1500 calories a day and you choose how to spend them. Eating one piece of cake will spend your calories a lot faster then something good like vegetables.
