Just try self control excersizes, write a journal and keep up with how much you eat on a weekly/daily bases or chew gum instead of eating. If you drink water it can stop hunger in most people because water to so filling.

Try eating things that are fulfilling. When ever you fill an urge coming on first drink a full glass of water. Then try healthy snacks. Almonds are a very good choice as are other nuts and seeds(like sunflower seeds). Find something else to busy you. Like my problem has been nail biting and I turned that energy into filing and buffing my nails instead when I get the urge to bite. Try exercising or crafts.
Or everytime you have an urge, go walk around the block...or stuff your face...FOOD IS GOOD!
maybe you should try having a breakfest then a snack in the middle and the a senisably lunch then a snack between lunch and diiner. try to have fruits and veggies for your snack with a little yougert. I have found that fruits and veggie fill up with out all the extra carbs that seem to sabotage the whole dieting sence.
you really have to have the WILL POWER if you don't you are just going to let your body take over you!!!

Everytme im left alone in the house all I want to do is eat. and I cant stop!!! any ideas???
