no its definetly because your exercising, the more you exercise the higher your metabolism gets allowing you to eat more and making you want to eat more. Dont worry just keep average or full and you will be fine.

when you workout, your fat cells get used, therefore, your body is just trying to accumulate the proper nutrition to replenish the tears you made in your muscles from the workout. So yes! Eat as much as can while heavy training...

Am I always wanting to eat because of exercise?
I do a lot of exercising like a ton of miles on the road from running and a lot of weights and situps and stuff could this be the reason why I always want to eat everything? Or is it because im just bored or something?
