Just Wondering some remedies that will help me get over a death.
My best friend just recently died at the age of 15 as a cause of suicide.
She was the happiest person I've ever met, she had the most friends.
On the letter she left behind she said she...

felt as if no one loved her. When I heard she hung herself, I was on the verge of suicide myself.
I just need help.
.. How do I get over her death and how can I get rid of my suicidal thoughts?

You talk to someone.
You get help.
You dont let your emotions get the best of you.
Its always hard to overcome a death but killing yourself is never the answer.
There is NEVER a valid reason to end your life.
Talk to your parents or maybe organize something at school to keep her spirt alive or such.

Sorry for your loss sad

death is for most people one of the hardest things for people to deal with in life, when some one dies of their own choice is the worst decision. You should learn a lot form this think of how you feel right now, that is the feeling you would be leaving in every one you love if you made a decision. The best way to look at it is that she didnt get to live a full life and if it was your best friend then you need to look at it as you are living life for her now too. It never gets easier to deal with the death of a close friend but life is a beautiful gift it sounds like you just need some one to talk to about it, your feeling lost because you dont understand why she did it ask for help things will get better, im sorry you have to go through this

I understand your feelings... I honestly do. I didn't lose a friend. But the suicidal thoughts... I get it. I'm 14 and you would never think I had those feelings. I'm the happy preppy girl... on the outside. Message me on here if you wanna talk..
