Dear sassy
It is very unusual for a cutter to have suicide ideation's. So in this case and all cases that involve self-abuse or suicide ideation's you must speak with your parents. Tell them ASAP of your concerns for your friend. Have them speak with her parents ASAP so that they can get her the help she needs.
