How many number of servings are you supposed to have every day?
Btw I'm doing a nurtitional analysis project for biology.
Does anyone have any good ideas for it? You have to make a food pyramid, and make a cover for it, and it has to be based on nutrion...

and stuff like that.

servings? I guess 3 with small snacks in between if you are hungry. breakfast lunch dinner.
