Red bump & rash on armpit

Hi,
I am 14 and for almost a week I have had a bump in my underarm area.
At first I thought it was from my underwire cutting into me. I stopped wearing the bra once it appeared, but the bump still got bigger.
By the second day a red rash has come in...

and the bump has turned a red and purple color. It is not spreading anywhere else but the rash is getting a little bigger.
The bump comes off my skin and goes under too. The part comming up is about the size of two peas, but the part underneath keeps growing.
I just changed deodorant, could that be it?
I'm also known for getting lymph nodes.
I am going to the doctors, but opinions would help!

Hmm. Well theres a few possibilities, but yes, deffinitely go to the doctor. It could be from razor burn to a sist to an alergic reaction to your deoderant. Let me know what happens..
