well under the armpit rash is a little harder to get rid of in the summer cause you are sweating and it need to dry out to heal so the only thing I can say is dont put deoderant on at night cause that by be bothing the rash also at night use balmex it diaper rash cream for babys but it will help with you to you can wash it off in the morning but if you are staing home leave it on better yet even if you do go out side you can keep in on still it keeps your skin dry so you shouldnt sweat well hope this helps
