Are these red bumps acne or some sort of rash?

I wish I had a picture show I could ask if these red bumps were acne or some sort of rash? They are small bumps that look like acne but they have a little dark spot in the middle like a blackhead. They are on both of my knees and I don't know if they are a reaction to something or if it could be from my wetsuit?

I got just the information for you, wut you have are heat spots, ummm usually keeping lotion on them will help reduce the outbreak ummmmm it will eventually go away just hang in there ummmm I would reccamend washing it extra extra good try sqeezing them and if somthing coms out id suggjest going to the docto and get it looked at but wut it sounds like use alloverra or wutever you spell it lotion keep it real
