Red pimples that hurt, possible rash?

please help on the inside flaps of my vagina I have these things they kinda look like pimples the hurt and its red I dont no what it is im 13 and I reali dont want to tell antone about this do you have any idea what this could be and is it serious??

if your sore down there it could possibly be thrush,if it is its nothing to worry about can be cleared up a number of ways with creams, antibiotics etc. the only way to find out is to visit the doctor. sorry but that is the only way you will get this sorted out
