Why is my dog still coughing?

whats wrong with your dog if he coughs??Because my dog wont stop coughing and the first time he started coughin or other dog was coughin to so we went to get in checked and they both had tape worm b ut we got him d-wormed and they said he didnt have umm anymore but we dont have the other dog but we still have one and he keeps coughin do you know whats wrong with him?

Dogs sometimes have chronic cough conditions,similar to humans.Monitor your dog's symptoms, listen to the cough,explain it to your vet.
If there is an acute illness your vet should be able to diagnose it with your information and an examination of your dog!

Ditto, ditto...DITTO!!! To the vet with him!! It may easily be kennel cough...and they will get over it, but it's highly contagious...The vet can give him something to make him more comfortable...(and you) more comfortable. You just don't want to take a chance on it turning into something worse.

Your dog most likely has kennel cough or heart worm, get it checked right away.

Well my cousin's dog was sick, and that was all. It coughed for a few days and then got over it. She slept for a long time. But if I were you, take it to the vet. They're pros.
