Can my dog be pregnant?

My dog got with another dog, but she was not in heat, can she still get pregnant? She was in heat about 3 months before getting with this other dog.

I must be thick- I thought dogs were permanently on heat!
Or at least every 4 weeks.

I highly doubt that your dog is pregnant. They can only become pregnant when they are in heat.

What if my dog is pregnant and another dog gets her to ?, If a dog is pregnant, can it still get spayed
