How to tone my boobs so they don't sag?

I need to tone my boobs!
im 15. I KNOW thats young
but I wear a double d. im proud.
im just scared they will be saggy
and not to pleasing when I get older.
does any one have exercises or
know of exercise equiptment I should
purchase?

No,Zakkwyldefan2 is wrong.
A good diet will deifnitely help them reduce in size,but running wont necessarily do anything.Either way,they'll most likely sag when your older.
However,Excersizes such as Modified Pushups,The Soup Can Press,and the Incline Fly can all help to tone your breasts.
You can find information on them if you search google.

you know what I really do hope they get saggy because you are 15 and asking about your damn boobs already??!!?? get a lyfe . you just want people to know your boob size . old men sure as hell are going to answer this . if you really want to get raped ,, keep postin this stuff . but to answer your question just eat rite and crunches and running really tone them up .

sorry hon, I've got big boobs too adn, there aint no way you can stop your boobs from saggin unless you get surgery, its just what happens when gravity takes effect. the only way I've figured out how to stop the sag is wear very good bras with ots of support.

They are going to sag. Wearing good quality support bras will minimize the sag. Exercises don't stop sag because the muscle layer is UNDER the boobs. You get a well toned chest with saggy boobs.

My cousin is the same size..she ran track ..with the same hopes and ended up with major back problems and having a knee replaced bc of damage ...running is NOT the answer for everything. As several people said,..pushups are good : ) oh..and I'm not an old man...I'm a 19yr old girl..see ..not only old men answer this crap...some people just like posting and don't want to be helpful...they just want to be pathetic and start an arguement online...sad.. (sorry..I'm a little angry about a certain message...)

I am 35 and a year ago was a 42 DD in size.After two kids by breat sagged horribly. I have lost 53 pounds and have learned that between running and excersize, you can lose and tone your breat. I am a 36D now and will say I have more to lose and tone, but it is possible. Dont give up and try different things until you find what is right for you.
