boobs are fat.. so if youre in shape, toning wont affect that because as your body sees it right now, any fat it would lose it has already lost. toning just builds muscle. if anything, your boobs will get harder.. a bit. because of the muscles... but not from ab workouts if thats all you'll be doing.
