You mean the sunlight reflected off the moon, visible from Earth? If the generally accepted 'speed of light' is accurate, then you could just divide the distance by the speed of light...

c = speed of light = (300,000 km per second)
d = distance = (from Earth to the moon) = 363104km to 405696km

So anywhere from 1.21 to 1.35 seconds... I guess...
