if you just stik to say have set times for eating have breakfast then if you would like a snack only have fruit or cearal bar or just something little not to much then have dinner and after if you like a snack do the same then have tea and get them vitamins from supermarket or some there the chewy ones they really help I did this and my stomach it nicly flat and toner in a way hope this helps x

Losing fat without gaining muscle
Ohk. I've always wanted a flat stomach with barely visible abs. But how do I get that without building up muscle on fat?? And also what is the best way to lose inner and outer thigh fat without getting muscle because frankly I already have thigh muscle....
I don't want to lose that just the excess fat. Thanks
