Is this a bad way to eat?

Hi k.so like I have an ed but im going to try to eat rite.
So monday I thinki ate rite? Not rellle. Tuesday I didnt eat anything at all, wednsday I ate tomato suop, and a burrito. And today I ate one hard boiled egg with ketchup and I ate a spoonful of peanutbutter/... Ok just reading back to this I can alredy guess I think I ate wrong?
Ugh. I m not relle sure how to eat right anymore. Can anyone give me some good advice.? Besides getting a counseler or talking to a guidance counselor

ok so do you feel like throwing it back up when you eat?? or do you even try doing it on purpose...because if you do..that is a sign that you feel guilty at some point and you mite have an ED ya know?? talk to your mom asap about it or even a trusted adult...u cant do this on your own...u will get sick to the point where your stomach is going to get used to not eating well and then when you eat it will hurt...your stomach thru time will get smaller and smaller if you dont eat what your supposed to...=[
then you mite get anemia...and thats just too bad...ya know?? please get help...because I went thru the same..and now im thankful that I trusted someone and helped me now...im still slim and all but im healthy!! =] please feel free to message me...I lost my best friend from an ED...=[ please take care of yourself...=]

your problem is not how you eat, it is how you try to control your whole world with food, and self image. the reason people tell you to see a counsilor is because you need to get some sanity in your head to fix the problem with your eating habits. check online for local ED support groups. the first step is admitting your life has become unmanageable. self destructive behavior will handicap you the rest of your life if you don't get some help for yourself.

No, you're not eating right. You are eating WAY too few calories for good health. You need to strive for A MINIMUM of about 1200/calories a day (assuming you're an average height female)...and at that rate, you need to be eating only the highest quality foods too.

It doesnt matter what you eat, as long as you do eat. If you dont eat your metabolism will slow down and usually cause you to gain weight. Just try to eat something that isnt loaded with sugar and high in fat. Stick to the food guide pyramid, that may sound stupid to say that but its true. Just Believe me.
