What are low carb foods i can eat to stop being hungry?

any low carb foods? I've eaten enough calories throughout the day, but my stomach is stilll growling. What low calorie food can I eat to quiet down my stomach AND speed up my metabolism??

If you have enough calories by eating low-carb foods, that means you eat a little too much fat and protein. Keep this unhealthy eating habit up and expect to have a lot of complications by the time you're twenty-five.

Carbohydrates are good for you. Eat a lot of.it unless your family has a history of diabetes.

And exercise if you want to speed up your metabolism.
