How can hamsters spread mites to humans?

I want to know if I could get mites from my hamster. I itch and dont know why

Yes, you can get mites from hamsters or any other animal. Ask you pharmacist/doctor to be sure though as itching can be from a lot of things.

I don’t think this is related. I could be wrong, but I don’t think that you got mites from your hamster.
