Hamsters i noticed little black bugs on them, mites?

I have hamsters and I just noticed little little roundish black bugs crawling on their tanks and little white bugs that look like little white specks that crawl I need to know for sure what they are and how to treat it

they could be ticks or mites
it would be best to get a vet to check and make sure
and then you can buy the necessary treatments for your pet that will kill the bugs
