Best time of day to exercise for weight loss?

What is the best time of the day to exercise if you want to lose weight? How much exercise a day if you want to lose at least 10 lbs in a month?

What happens if you exercise in the morning then the rest of the da you don't exercise? Did you sitll...

yeah whenever you are active it burns calories no matter what time of day, but the best time to exercise is within 6-12 hours of being awake. anything before 6 your body is waking up and after 12 its starting to shut down. For example you get up at 7am the best time to exercise would be 1pm - 7pm. Don't get me wrong exercising is always better then not exercising no matter what time of day it is, that is just the most affective time period.

usually in the morning. im not going to say 10lbs is out of the question but im not so positive you will lose it. I suggest doing cardio for an hour in the morning and then toning in the evening. roughly an hour and a half to and hour and forty five minutes. you dont have to exercise in the evening but if you want to lose the weight than I suggest it. you will still burn calories.

Personally, I find that I'm insatiably hungry a few hours after a good workout. If you work out in the morning, you're more likely to eat a pig out lunch and ruin your efforts.

So I work out in the evening instead, and try to get to sleep before the hunger cravings become uncontrollable.

I love exercising in the morning =) I always go out for a run at 7, during the summer, and before I go to sleep, I do 30 crunches =) and yes.. whenever you're exercising, you're burning callories, but you only start to burn fat after a half hour... from what I've learned!! the best part is... if you eat after you exercise... you're body is still burning those callories away!! =)

in my opinion is da morning but eat breakfast 1st then wait about 30 min 2 an 1 hr before workinout
