wondwering if you can please help me? I need to know the best exercise's for losing weight in my inter thigh's,this winter I put on some weight,now when I walk with shorts on I can feel them rubbing together,ok thank you,hope ya can help..cheryl
I would say run too, running works our every muscle in your legs. Notice that if your hurt or sore somewhere in your lower body when you run you feel it. Run and do the stair master, lunges, squats and do all of these with weights.
There is no way to pin point weight loss...if you want to "tighten" the area. Get on the abductor machine at a gym or that $15 thing that you squeeze with your thighs...I'd say just run it off but hey that's just me...
stair master should be good but you might need a thigh master or somethin
