All that I can tell ya is to do some research. I have a friend that is 367lbs. He started to do weight loss pills and had a massive heart attack. what pills do is increase your heartrate and metabalism. sometimes it can lead to health problems. Your body can not adjust to pills and a new metabalism quickly. Your Metablolism is very sincitive and can't be changed over night. My best advice you ya is to do exercise every other day. Work out one day, rest one day, run a few miles another day, rest another day, the repeat the cycle again. Before you know it, you'll feel a whole lot better. Just watch what you eat. Try to avoid fatty foods such as Fried Chickin Fries or Potato chips and Cokes. If you can, do some research to develope a workout and dinning rutine that fits your lifestyle and budget. all you can do is to take care of your self NOW before you hit the point of no return.

What is the best pill to lose weight with?
Is there a weight loss pill that is better than others? I want the best pill or shake or whatever to lose about five pounds. I know that exercise is best, but time is of the essence!
