How to get feces smell out of clothes?

my friends son has bowel promples ans sometimes soil his pant, can't get the smell out.What can she use?

I wud try a strong scented detergent and maybe try some linene spray or womething, if that happens often try buying the pull up underwear that is padded and strong, I don't know how old he is so I dont no if he shud use those, but also try changing his pants at a regular scheduale, or right after it happens wash them, if it happens at night mostly try letting him sleep in pampers diapers for children who have bed-wetting problems. if you are concerned bout it try asking your doctor or pediatrician bout suggestions on this
