How to get to rid of gasoline smell on hardwood floor and couch

My hubby decides to role through the house like a dumb re re with his gasoline and bumps the couchs and it spills on the hardwood floor and couch whats a way I can get rid of the smell? And a good cleaning product

There are a few methods to try, but how well they work, I'm afraid I can't say:

Vinegar
Baking Soda
Febreeze

we need some hard wood floor experts here! ..same problem!! gasoline spilled on hardwood floor!! and it stinks and won't come out!!
