How can I convince my mom to let me dye my hair black- she says it will make me look like a witch and emo is the stupidest idea ever but my 3 besties are emo and I wanna be like them...help please!! I want to be emo sooo bad but my mom refuses to let me do anything! Its so embarrasing to stand in hot topic about to buy a slipknot tee and she comes in and goes"u cant buy that its too scary" I need freedom!! How do I change her mind?
educate her a little about your tastes in clothes style and music... but the emo thing... be careful... there are two kinds of emo that I'm aware of. emo as in (emotional) or emo as cutting your self... and sh*t... take it from me... that is a very very bad way to go. don't ever consider cutting yourself... besides is scaring your body...you could get carried away and cut yourself to deep and you could bleed to death... an open wounds let in bacteria and you can get sick or when it's trying to heal it can cause rapid cell mutations and it could cause cancer... lots of bad things... try going for more punk or scene style:D
I am goth and I wanna dye my hair black with some red but ma says I need 2 persuade her goosh!my advice 2 you is 2 come up with a good porposel and say something on the lines of,"Mom,I really wanna do this and I think I am responsible enuff to dye my hair.I wont come out with a green mohawk or anything(jokes help). I know what you mean my mums the same way but seriously, don't go emo because your frends are thats a poser scene would suit you since your going for the look and don't cut my friend duz and its bad oh and ask to dye your hair as a present or promise to get strate As
dudeee im totally the same way.. I wanna be emo sooo bad but my mom and dad dont let me go anywhere without everybody knowing im not EVER alowed out of the house I've even dyed my hair before but they just suddenly decided to stop! I HATE IT!!
