no they don't have to... but don't breed a tea cup chihuahua or any teacup because teacups are unhealthy like the regular breed and they have a small emunesystem which makes them unhealthy..

there is no such thing as a teacup!!! they are under breed standard and are an example of people breeding to make money. if you actually care about your dog you wouldnt breed from a so called teacup. c sections can cause death in the best of b I t c he s, and can also result in the mother rejecting her puppies and their subseqent death. dont be ignorant and breed, its selfish, cruel and irresponsible
