yes.. but I don't like tea cups because they have a small emunesystem and they're not as healthy as the regular breeds.

there is no such thing as a tea cup, it is a runt and they usually have lots of problems, My chihuahua, is 4# and had three pups her first litter with no problems then her second litter she had one pup, we had to do a c-section and the pup was 14.5oz
