Biting nails?

Ok so I bite my nails
Since I was like 5 years old.
I've tried to do everything to quit biting them
im almost out lol.
So what can I do to stop??

put soap on them the taste will make you stop

Touch jalapenos or onions or anything that sickens you and everytime you bite them it'll be gross, so you'll stop.

There is this product called mavala it is a nail polish that tastes awful. It should help keep you from biting your nails, it is safe to ingest. I've been thinking about ordering it for my 7 year old.

Ask your friends and family members to top you whenever you bite them. I always stop my friends from biting nails.

soak your the top edge of your fingernails in lemon juice, soap, or hot sauce, whichever one you hate the most and every time you put them in your mouth you'll say ew, gross and put your nails out of your mouth!

Oh my gosh, I have the same problem!
Yeah you should get that nailpolish that taste's really bad.
Also whenever your around people, tell them that everytime
they see you put your fingers in your mouth to slap your hands.
It worked for me (:

dip your fingers in nail polish remover it tastes sooo gross
or paint you nails a lot that always makes me not bite them because the paint will chip
and just think of if you put your hand in your mouth, I heard because of all the stuff you touch, thats like licking the toilet seat at a mcdonalds or a taxi seat

Put icy hot on it

Same thing happens to me and I'm trying to quit too cause I want to let me nails grow so I tell my friends and family to stop me when I'm about to bite my nails and it works for me. I think I'll buy the nail polish that tastes bad. I've heard it's good and it might work. Y☆び should try it too. =)

it has been proven that there is little worms under everyones nails and when ever you bite them you are eating little tiny green worms. Not a joke!
