How do you grow long nails or stop biting them?

My best friend bites her nails and she always envies my nails.

She asked how I got them long but I don't know how.

I just don't bite them..
And I use Sally Hansen's Hard as Nails polish to keep them strong and prevent breaks.
I heard jello makes...

nails long so I eat jello..but really just cause I like it... =P
And I really didn't notice a difference in my nails..

Does anyone have any advice on how to go from short nails to long nails?

Cause since the only way I got long nails was just from not biting them..I can't really help my friend Sara.

she must get false nails

false nails are ok but they ruin your actuall nails
also I bite my nails and I just bit the false ones off

try putting hot sauce on her nails so everytime she goes to bute her nails her mouth will be hott and soon sh ewill stop.hope I helped

If she bites her nails, I've recently heard of this product called Nail Bitter and it's worked for many people I've talked to about it. Its a product she can put on her nails that tastes horrible. So every time she goes to bite her nails she has a bad taste in her mouth. She will hate to bite her nails and soon enough the habit will be totally erased! Hope that helps, love!
