I lost a lot of weight by eatin smaller portions of food about the size of your fist...its all your stomach needs to be satisfied but it take a while for our minds to register it so we keep eating till were full...also ignore cravings for food unless your hungry...because I get cravings to eat when im bored...so yeah dont eat just to eat...and get a bike I lost about 30 lbs eating less and riding a bike...it was great because I only rode to get to where I needed to go it was fun...and also eat when your hungry the time of the day dosent matter just avoid gettin full...and your allowed to break this when ever as long as you stick to it most of the time.
hope this helps

yeah stick to eating smaller portions 5 to 6 times a day or if you dont have the time to prepare that many 'fairly healthy' snacks then 3 times a day is ok. make sure you have a high protein and fairly large breakfast that will boost your metabolism. and for lunch just have a meal substitute like a protein shake. and for dinner make sure you dont eat many carbs try to have more protein, if you have carbs as a snack before bed, typically you'll gain weight if you have protein your body will use it to repair muscle as opposed to storing it like carbs so you wont gain while you sleep. also green tea is an appitite inhibitor so if you have cravings, like I do, just have some green tea and that should fend it off till your next meal. for exercises. jog 10 minutes then sprint for 2 minutes. keep that up for awhile it willburn more calories that distance running. or if your near telephone poles or some standard distance marker. jog a distance of 3 poles then sprit for 2 then walk for 1 then repeat. best of luck

Whatever you do you need to try to lose it slowly I think because you are less likely to gain it back as fast. I lost lots of weight by working out (member of Curves) and by doing ab work to help tighten/tone. As far as eating I would eat my dinner stuff for breakfast and my breakfast stuff for dinner that way I had the heavy stuff in the morning and was able to work it off throughout the day and my lighter meals at night or either just cereal only for supper. I also got off soda's mostly except maybe sprite zero or something and started drinking Green Tea to go packs (honey and lemon).
I averaged anywhere from 7-9lbs a month loss. Cutting out the carbs helps I believe.
Good luck w/ your mission of losing.. you can do it!!!
