well those two on top are extremely important..run a mile everyday..which is usually four laps..and you'll lose weight in no time!! another thing drink lots and lots of water..cut out the cokes..and the chocolates..im tellin ya from past experiance and thax to that im looking great till today!! I'll tell you now its not going to happen from one day to another..but it takes lots of determination..and how bad you want it..so try that..with determination..and its a guarantee you'll lose weight!! its promised!
