Will the ab lounge and perfect pushup give results?

will I see weight loss results in 4 months if I use the ablounge and perfect push-up every day?

hey bobby, my names bobby too. but yea you should. but you can't just keep doing the same thing over and over again. You have to work out all the major muscles to see a big difference. I started working out 3 times a week starting on the new year and I can allready see a difference. Get some freeweights plus that pushup thing and you will be set in 4 months

I hear the ab lounge doesn't work, but let me know if it does.

They will only work if you are also doing some cardio excersize, like swimming or running. Otherwise, they will firm the muscles, but will not burn that many calories, so your tummy will look bigger rather than smaller.
