does the ab king pro really give you ab's and lose weight beause my dad has ordered 1 to lose weight and get ab's

Ab excersizes don't make you lose weight, they just work your ab muscles. They do not burn many calories or fat. Plus, they only help if you use them on a regular basis (like once a day or 5 days a week). However, if your father also does a cardio excersize, he will lose weight and fat, which will help enhance the effects of the ab excersizes and tone all over.
