Is "Yo escribo en el examen" the proper way to say "I write on the test"?

Answer #1

i think so but im not really good at spanish either :(

Answer #2

The present tense is off a bit.

“Yo voy a escriber la respuesta correcta en el examen.”

Answer #3

ahhhh, what does that say? lol

Answer #4

Oh and I should mention what was really missing, the present tense is off because it’s not a complete thought as it doesn’t say what you are writing on the paper. And it says, “I am going to write the right answer on the test.” :)

Answer #5

ohh, okay! thank you! :) do you know how to put things into past tense? i have no clue

Answer #6

I’d need something to go by :) I can’t really give you a book definition but I can show you!

Answer #7

like i wanna say “they opened the door” but im not sure if the word for opened can be put into past tense like that?

Answer #8

Miguel, but that wasnt what she wanted to say…she wanted to say “I write on the test” Technically what she wrote in spanish is the correct thing to say…You merely added additional words to the sentence! :P

Answer #9

It makes sense in English but when converted to Spanish it doesn’t make any sense at all because the tense is off and it’s an incomplete thought :)

Answer #10

then she has to change the whole sentence for it to make sense in both languages..:P Dang Miguel, look what you did now, you gnna make her change the whole sentence just to satisfy you! :P(jk)

Answer #11
