Look at "Lord of the Rings". They go with Orcs, Trolls, Wizards, Hobbits, giant Eagles, Demons, Ghosts, walking Trees and giant Spiders...
Or go to any "role playing games" shop and get a "Monsters Manual". If it's fantasy, then you can actually put in everything that is in any story anywhere. Werewolves, lizard men, mermaids, the undead, kobolds, fairies, talking animals, giant squids that eat ships... whatever.
In case you are trying to write a story, I'd pick only a handful of whatever "evil monster" you like. Not too many different ones. And you have to be able to permit them a steady residence in your fantasy world. Like a reason why they are there, where they reside and why the "good monsters" haven't extermined them (yet). And then make up conflicts between the different monster groups to keep your story boiling.
