Soooo the power went out at my house for like half a second. just long enough for my computer to restart. its a desktop. dell. and when i booted it up it took me to the page asking if i wanted to go into safe mode. safe mode with networking, safe mode with command prompt, last known best settings, or normal… i tried them all but it only shut the computer down and started it again.,… WHAT DO I DO!??!!?!?
Will your windows program act like it’s trying to boot up or what exactly is it doing?
what kind of pc is it?
does it come up with any error messages when it doesn’t work? like error windows couldn’t perform this action cause such and such file is missing or corrupt?

how old is the pc? you Dell should have came with some disk for restore purposes…if it is a couple yrs old or older you may want to perform a restore
No I CANT DO ANYTHING!!!
my best advice to you is to call a computer technician.
