will my phone work in new york??

ok I have an ntelosphonma of you probably wont know what it is because I think its a phone company only in virginia. but does anyone know if I will get service in new york state? im going there for spring break.

if this company is in the new york than you will get the service but when you make calls .

you get the roaming charges.so call the customer care number and asked them about the roaming services and what are the roaming charges.

You might not. My sister had a phone..I think it was Metro PCS, and it only works in her city. Most likely no.

all you have to do to get your answer is call customer service. ask if you have nation wide coverage or local coverage and if you will end up roaming or having service at all while there.

Hmm, I’d check with your service provider and check if your phone will work in New York State or not. You can always ask if you have nationwide, or roaming which you might be charged for roaming it all depends. If you have local calling only, then maybe your phone won’t work but, it all depends. So, check with your provider and see what they say. Have fun in New York.
