If I get pulled over for no reason and the cop checks my license and tells me I'm free to go,then turns around and tells me to turn the vehicle off and give him the keys.he then without consent searches the vehicle and finds drugs.will that case send me to prison?
NO THEY CAN'T SEARCH YOUR CAR... UNLESS THEY HAVE A WARRANT OR YOU GIVE THE OFFICER CONCENT... IF YOU ARE ON PROBATION THEN THEY HAVE LEGAL RIGHT TO... BUT OTHER THAN THAT NO THEY CAN'T UNLESS YOU SAY SO. ODDS ARE YOU CAN WIN THE CASE IF YOU GET A LAWYER AND YOU SHOULD BE ALRIGHT
