For the sake of being clear as to relationship status, why don't we add this?
Besides, it's a good counter against would be pervs here - don't you agree?
Here's the rub (if you've been married in the states, you should understand this...if you're young, consider it a life lesson).
You get tax *benefits, many times, for many income brackets to get married...therefore, it's not a state of relationship, it's a state of fiscal improvement :)
In one state I know of if you live together for seven years, splitting up even if you never get married equals divorce proceedings, because the courts consider it a common law marriage...so, even if you never have a ceremony, you end up in the same legal position.
As a result (and considering we're a global site...) what exactly should be the difference between a seriously committed relationship and being married? I for one don't understand the difference, other than taxes...which has nothing to do with love or commitment.
yeah - but for other girls who are in a committed relationship but aren't married, it can get kinda confusing... especially for the married ones - they get approached here every now and then...
Let's all propose to FunAdvice to add it...
I think for married they just used commited relationship
cause they already have commited relationship thing
I guess they consider commited meaning married
Haha, I'll bring it up with Ericson and J...
