Why is my female dogs tummy rumbling?

Locks, my female, stomach wont stop growling. Her bowl is full and she went to eat some and it came back growwling! That was yesterday but it continues to day! Help!!

she may constipated.give her plenty of water and exercise.try it .or give her some oily food by which imean olive oily etc

But she is still very active and we had oil to her food regularly because her because she sheds too much in the winter. She has no problem going. I tokk her on walk becaus eI thought the same thing ans she went fine, and on my carpet last night and she houde trained! Hep!!!
