why do dogs eat grass and/or what will that do to their digestion system or anything inside of them???
Dogs eat grass because it is good for them and helps keep them healthy. It helps them have regular bowel movements.

My dog was not feeling well and when I took him out on the leash to potty he ate grass and barfed later.I got worried but he felt way better and was himself once more.
I think it is because they have a tummy ache. so they eat grass because grass makes them puke and when they puke they feel better.
