why did my 10 yr old dogs eyes roll back in her head and stay ?
my 10 yr old king charles cavalier female dog eyes rolled back in her head and stayed there. this happened before. it lasted 2 days and is still not totally normal but is starting to come back. she comes when I call her name. she eats too. she has had tumors before but not in her head. what could this be?
This almost sounds like seizure activity to me…and something the Vet can diagnose…or at least eliminate as a cause. If she does it again, snap your fingers, or call her name, and see if she will snap out of it…what does the rest of her body do? Does it stiffen? When this spell is over, is she extremely tired…or a little bit out of it?
The Vet will be asking you questions just like this, so pay close attention to ALL of her if this happens again.
