why do people on funadvice ask stupid stuff ?

Sorry.. to answer the question: sue90 is right, there are lots of questions on here that others may not know the answers to. Personally I believe there ARE such things as stupid questions, though. A lot of people may also ask questions to receive attention.

Some stuff may be stupid to you butmight be a really good question to others. Or if you are like my brother you ask just to see what people say. TOODLES :)

Well they don’t know the questions are stupid. Most people asks the questions as they don’t have the answers but they figure someone on Fun/Advice might have the knowledge.. I have learned a few things on here reading some of the questions that were asked.

Dear sasay, there is an old adage that says “there are no stupid questions” this is so true! What you and I may know the answers to someone else doesn’t. We are not born with knowledge so at one time we have all asked questions that may seem silly to someone older than ourselves. It is more important to ask a question no matter how silly it may seem then to think you have the answer and put yourself or others in danger. Also sometimes reading between the lines of what you may think is a silly question is the real question…that isn’t so silly. Sue…good luck
